In this advanced scroll saw class you will learn to cut intricate curves and learn to cut in small spaces while making a beautiful Christmas tree. A scroll saw will be provided. if you have your own, you are welcome to bring yours, just let the store know when you sign up. Each student is responsible for supplying their own safety glasses and a dust mask.
Students will make a layered bowl with 2 contrasting wood species. This will make a nice fruit or candy basket. Contact store for scroll saw availability. Using a number of common, but simple, hand tools, your junior woodworker can create and build their very own Lego inspired coat rack that they can be proud of. Students under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult. Please wear work clothes and closed toed shoes (wear something that can be ruined).
