In this bowl turning class we will start with a 4" cube, and you will be guided through the steps of turning your very own Tri-Corner Bowl. Turning a Tri-Corner Bowl requires the student to have some turning experience.

This introducion class helps you practice and learn the correct way to easily do these with an expert instructor. You will complete beginning pieces in the class to take home with you.

Our experienced Volunteers & Staff will help you with the basic skill to turn a pen. (This is not a Pen Turning Class). Pen Turning not required, you are welcome to write a note to go with a pen. In this bowl turning class you will be guided through the steps of making your very own offset bowl. An offset bowl (pictured below) requires the student to have a significant amount of experience with bowl turning. Students will start with a 7x3 rounded blank and learn how to mount and turn to create a one of a kind bowl. Our newest class also features our newest instructor, Rich Cowan, who we are so excited has joined our instructional team! Come check it out and take your turning to the next level.
