Bolt Action 30 Caliber Pen Kit Gunmetal
Two weeks ago I turned a gun metal 30 caliber pen in deer antler, and it came out great! I did under size one end and had to use ca glue-my fault, not the pen kit. Also, I turned two other pens like it last year which came out well.

Bolt Action 30 Caliber Pen Kit Antique Brass
Bought this kit and had no issues. Didn't feel like dropping $8 on a pen drill bit, so I used a regular DeWalt 3/8" bit and had a perfect fit. Pen went together easy, and when turned down to the recommended bushings, the fir was flawless. Only thing to remember is that the included spring is directional, and only functions one way, so if yours gets jammed,.flip the spring around. Will make more of these.
