I like this tool roll but it could be improved. You have to thread the strap in and back out every time. I don’t understand why this doesn’t use adjustable snap clips. Then you could set them to the number of tools you’re carrying. Could also offer a leather insert to keep the tools from cutting their way out. Still, not terrible.

This has worked well for me as I work in a shared shop and can’t leave my tools when I leave. This makes moving them very convenient. It is well made and should last a long time.

Packed all the turning chisels I needed for a demonstration. Rolled up nice and tight. Nothing slipped. Rolled out on a table at the demonstration and everything was easy to recognize and access.

I purchased this tool roll for my turning tools awhile ago. When I first received it my thoughts where that it’s well made heavy weight. Today I went to open to sharpen my tools and the straps ripped in half and the handle broke. Now I have to tie it with a pair of shoelaces and hope it doesn’t further fall apart. I’ve purchased many items from Woodcraft over the years now I’ll check on reviews to make a purchase decision. I wouldn’t recommend this tool roll, save your money. John W.
