Big Cutting Board

Want to have a Big Board to hold your full packer brisket or prime rib? In this three-part class we'll design, construct and finish a 24" x 19" x 1.75" hardwood cutting board. You'll select from walnut, maple, cherry and padauk to construct your custom board. In the first class we'll cover design, layout and discuss the unique construction challenges of big boards. In the second class we'll prep and glue up our boards. Sanding, finishing and adding a juice groove, if desired, will complete our third session. Stop by and check out the finished Big Board Bob constructed. The retail value of the Big Board is over $550.00! Signup must occur at least one week prior to first session.
