In this highly focused class Hunter Menken will walk you through how he sharpens his tools. His primary focus will be chisels and plane blades, but if time allows he'll also talk about sharpening various other tools in and out of the shop!
Learn how Hunter Menken sharpens and maintains his Western-style handsaws. As a trained saw maker he'll distill the dos and don'ts of accurate sharpening as well as describing his techniques for properly using a handsaw.
Through his own tried and true methods, Hunter Menken will guide you through his process for achieving a buttery smooth finish. Be prepared for shavings, dust, and fun!
