These are hour long turning class for the beginning wood turner. Choose between Pen, Christmas Ornament, Pizza Cutter (small), Pie Server, or Bottle Stopper. All kits will be ready for you to turn & finish! Call the store or check our website for dates and times.
Cover basic lathe operation, safety, tool use, sharpening, as well as five practice exercises covering spindle and bowl work. This class is a must take for any beginning turner! You will learn how to safely and effectively turn and give you the foundation to grow your own skill.
With a bandsaw and some wood, you can build beautiful and unique boxes. Walk through each step on creating your very own bandsaw box from solid and plywood. Never look at scrap and thin stock the same way again after learning this creative endeavor.
This is an introduction to CNC wood working. Each month you will be witness to the process from drawing the project onto the computer to loading the program into the CNC Machine to cutting the project on the CNC machine.
