Ladies, take the next step in your woodworking journey. Join us for this wonderful series where we will dive deeper into several techniques while making two projects. During our cutting board project, we will focus on milling wood just right and learn bandsaw techniques to create a distinctive cutting board. Next, we will build a multi-level box that will focus on joinery techniques, rabbet joints, miter joints, splines, dovetail and finger joints. We recomment taking our Intro to Woodworking class first.

Cabinet Construction

Part 1: Friday, May 2, 6 PM - 9 PM

Part 2: Saturday, May 3, 9 AM - 5 PM

Part 3: Sunday, May 4, 10 AM - 4 PM

Learn how to plan, cut, assemble and mount an upper and lower cabinet. In addition, learn how to make a style and rail door with a flat panel along with how to mount euro hinges and drawer slides to the cabinets and adjust them properly. Materials included in tuition. Spindle Turning

Saturday, May 3, 8 AM - 4 PM

For the beginner or anyone needing a refresher course on the basics of spindle turning this class is for you. Instruction will include tool selection, proper handling techniques and creating the basic spindle profiles. You will have time to practice your new skills and then turn a shop mallet. Materials included in tuition. No refunds for Cancellations/Reschedules within 7 days of class date.
