Through a combination of demonstration and hands-on practice, students will learn joinery skills to execute mortise and tenon joints, and dovetail joints ultimately making a Shaker Step Stool. Tools will be supplied. Materials included in tuition. No refunds for Cancellations/Reschedules within 7 days of class date.

Beer Flight

Thursday, April 24, 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Happy Hour at the shop is a simple woodworking project completed in a couple hours, capped off with a sample from a local brewery. Come make a beer flight of your own, crafted from locally sourced urban timber, acrylic, and fitted for a set of 5 glasses you'll get to take home with you. Materials included in tuition. No refunds for Cancellations/Reschedules within 7 days of class date.

Beginning Carving

Saturday, April 26, 9 AM - 12 PM

This fun carving project could be your first step to learning something new. Carving is great fun and a hobby you can do anywhere. In class you will learn tool basics, layout and proper technique. Materials included in tuition. No refunds for Cancellations/Reschedules within 7 days of class date.
